Is ALL this Data Collection about an Emergency, or Actually Something Else?
Let’s look at the enormous amount of focus on YOU - yes YOU - not the town, the suburb, your workplace, your house - but specifically YOU, and EXACTLY where you are… down to the square metre - at any particular time of day and night.
Is it about your safety?
Your safety from scammers and cyber infiltration, fires, flood, drought, tsunami (yes, that too), the immediate threat of whatever pandemic, the global climate emergency, whatever scary thing you didn’t even imagine was appropriate in your life…
My own risk assessment indicates that I’ll probably only die once, and I’ve managed to avoid it, without making too much effort, for quite a few decades now…
I’ve never been scammed or hacked or flooded, had my identity stolen, burnt or tsunamied in all those years - it must be a miracle!
Or maybe I am getting my identity stolen by the ones who are “keeping me safe”?
“They” Keep Annoying the Hell Out of Me with Compliance Demands
Now I’m “required” to have a Digital ID, whatever 2FAs on my phone for every imaginable action, security codes for everything, phone passwords, scan QR Codes for just about anything, watch the construction of the SMART-ready LED lights all around town, be monitored in every aisle of the supermarket, front up to a SMART ATM machine to do my banking (or face 100 cameras inside), licenses with numbers and photos, even cameras inside our new Red Cross clothing shop (more below), cameras filming the street/footpath outside shops (the shop proprietor told me it was a requirement for their Development Application to council) etc., etc.
How did we get here?
And no, I’m not doing the Digital ID to make it easier for THEM.
This used to be the domain of criminals and escapees, not law abiding men and women.
When did I give permission for any of this?
Why am I being treated like a criminal that needs to be watched 24/7?
And who, exactly, is so obsessed about every living thing? (Yes, it includes animals and plants, if you look up the One Health agenda you’ll get a broader picture. (Think animal e-ID, The National Plant Biosecurity Strategy 2021-2031, etc.)
Residential Address Database - GURAS
My latest find…. yes, there IS MORE…
Whole government departments, administered by Spatial Services (previously called Land Property & Information LPI) - dedicated to where you live, with support from Emergency Services and utility services such as power and phone companies. (Hmmm, the ones installing SMART meters, perhaps?)
Read more about it on the Warrumbungles Shire Council website, for example: https://www.warrumbungle.nsw.gov.au/planning-development/residential-addressing-program
This sort of explains why you could, previously, just mention a town name when someone asked where you live, but now it is down to an area name, within a town. (And why an inordinate amount of money has been spent in country regions on signage, where only maybe less than 100 people live, in a certain small area within a “town”/district.)
Everything is data. And data is money. To $omeone.
And control?
NRMA Landlord Insurance
Did you know that if you are a tenant, and your landlord has an NRMA Landlord Insurance Policy, the landlord is obliged to provide a copy of your Rental Agreement to them? Which of course, includes the names of the lessees.
This clause is in the section “Theft by Tenant”:
“We will not cover any loss or damage if You do not provide Us with the applicable Rental Agreement”
Source: Landlord Insurance, Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Booklet, NRMALANDPS REV2 09/2023, Page 14 of 27, second column.
Renting a house does not necessarily mean that your whereabouts is unknown. I have not checked with other landlord insurance companies, this is the first time I have noticed this clause. I would also be vigilant, if you are a landlord, as this new clause/obligation may not be immediately obvious to you.
Missed Out on Registering Your Company Director’s ID?
Under the Corporations Act 2001, the maximum criminal penalty for company directors who go without a Director ID Number (DIN) is $13,200, with maximum civil penalties ballooning out to $1.1 million.
Source: https://www.smartcompany.com.au/business-advice/legal/director-id-penalties-application-mygovid/ December 7, 2022. Accessed September 4, 2024.
What is ASIC for then? I thought ASIC were the organization that kept all records of companies, and owners and directors and shareholders? “Some people” pay the fees to two places now… because? Because $ 1.1 million?
A Video on 2FA: Two Factor Identification
e.g. when you have to enter a number copied from your mobile phone into a website in order to get entry, such as a bank account.
Yes, this is about 20 minutes long, but I bet you learn something, if not a LOT!
You’ll notice that he mentions Palantir (Technologies) in the video. They are the big data analytics company working with Coles in Australia, since February 2024. You can find the story published in the Australian Business Journal February 13, 2024 here: https://theabj.com.au/2024/02/13/coles-strikes-major-deal-with-palantir/
And here’s the Wikipedia page for further investigation, remembering a previous post I’ve made with experts talking about the funders of certain political parties in the US - never a dull moment!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palantir_Technologies
How many cameras are there in our local Coles store? (Others too, I know!)
(Note: I have found quite a few of “Brax’s” videos quite helpful. Yes, he is tecky, but that’s what we are up against. Head in the sand is not the right answer, unfortunately.)
Yes, this is the period in history when multinational companies are definitely effecting our local environment, shopping habits, ethics and personal privacy.
Is it an issue for you?
Will you change anything?
Keep doing exactly the same thing, expecting things to change?
Remember the days when people had secretaries and could block nuisance calls with some kind of simple brush-off?
Hmmm, wish that was still possible.
Now we need Mission Darkness radiation protection sleeves for laptops and phones; de-googled phones; have to opt-out of SMART meters; dismantle the 5G communication tower; close lots of accounts that require 2FA authentication; leave our so-called-mobiles at home; chuck out the Alexa and SMART cameras at the house; ignore requests for a Digital ID; watch what we say publicly because it could be “misinformation”, etc.
“Tacit Agreement” is how they have brought a lot of this in.
It works like this: the government or whoever, makes public their intention to do something, like put SMART water meters all over town, and by DOING NOTHING you have tacitly agreed to them proceeding.
They are making a public offer.
And you agree, because you don’t complain or object.
DOING NOTHING IS NOT JUST LAZY, IT HAS GENERATIONAL AND SERIOUS RAMIFICATIONS. DO IT FOR THE NEXT GENERATION, IF NOTHING ELSE.
NSW Address Database, GURAS
Delivery Model Data Dictionary 2017 - click that link to find the document from 2017.
Database purpose, from ANZLIC The Spatial Information Council (accessed September 6, 2024): https://link.fsdf.org.au/dataset/nsw-addressing-database-guras
Jurisdiction: New South Wales, Australia.
The GURAS database is commonly used by all levels of Government for purposes such as emergency services, computer aided dispatch systems, postal and delivery services, and as a common identification of location. GURAS provides incremental address updates to the PSMA to maintain GNAF’s currency on behalf of NSW. Government agencies, utilities and others involved in land use planning, engineering, asset maintenance, and environmental analysis frequently use this data.
Part of the National Geocoded Addressing system:
https://link.fsdf.org.au/dataset/national-geocoded-addressing
Pretty sure this isn’t some “making you safe” program.
e.g. “Environmental analysis” - is that the carbon content in the atmosphere emergency boogieman - which is known to be 0.4% of the atmosphere?
NSW Spatial Services has created a Digital Twin of NSW - 12 February 2019
https://www.digital.nsw.gov.au/article/twinning-spatial-services-has-created-a-digital-twin-of-nsw
3D/4D Collaborating with CSIRO’ Data 61.
Lots going on within the CSIRO.
Anyway, you get the drift!
Sometimes I don’t go any further with my investigations, ‘cos I could be poking a bear.
But I will report on this, so that you can see what I see, and at least be aware of something of what has been happening for years now.
In the media, for those still watching TV, it all looks quite innocuous: all about saving you in the case of fire or flood. So just keep passing over all your information.
How much is all this costing? Isn’t our deficit big enough yet?
The NSW State Government Minister For Customer Services and Digital Government is Jihad Dib.
He is Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government, Minister for Emergency Services and Minister for Youth Justice.
What a nice little combination of governances!

What3Words Emergency App
As explained in the Mid-Western Regional Council Community News of January 2024, “every three metre square in the world has been given a what3words address, so you can help triple zero find you with just three words. Be prepared and download the Emergency Plus app today”.
Seems this company is good at making million dollar losses, even after injections of significant funds.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/What3words
My bright moment for the day was this bit from the Wikipedia page:
Parody
The site has been parodied by others who have created services including What3Emojis[54] using emojis, What3Birds[55] using British birds, What3fucks[56] using swear words, Four King Maps[57][58] also using swear words (covering only the British Isles), and What3Numbers[59] using OpenStreetMap tile identifiers.
Red Cross Clothing Shop: New to Mudgee
Given the fact that Red Cross is meant to be established to help people who cannot afford apparel, etc., what’s with the cameras in their store too?
Someone is going to be arrested for stealing in what is supposedly an op shop?
By the way, the shop is sizeable, taking the space of another previous dress shop that is moving, but Red Cross can obviously afford the makeover and rent.
This global brand’s shop is so substantial that it looks like competition to the local shops to me, and I’m rather sure that given the number of local retail businesses that have closed and relocated in the last few months this is not necessarily welcomed by local business owners. (And they’re looking for volunteers…!)
I am not saying here that people should not be helped, there are many now in desperate need of financial and other help due to increased inflation, rising power and water costs, rising rates, illnesses, etc.
People are now spending money on rates and electricity and medical - rather than on food!
And it is not just a few people who are hurting financially, they are everywhere.
Finally - What’s with Wearing Clothing with QR Codes in the Pockets?
The idea, according to a card I picked up at Bunnings was about “Sharing Stories to Save Lives” - which is fine, as long as it doesn’t result in a million people thinking they have a “mental health problem” i.e. go to your doctor and be prescribed a mental health drug.
I will talk about this in a future post, because it needs further investigation - especially now we have the “two heads” of Australia’s mental health industry on the World Economic Forum. No, you can’t make this up.
https://www.weforum.org/people/patrick-mcgorry/
and
https://www.weforum.org/agenda/authors/ian-hickie/
This barcoded clothing is being used by, and branded with Mid-Western Regional Council.
You’ll see why I’m finding it difficult to keep up!
I have a previous post on mental health and mental health medications, click this link to go there.
Basically, just because you are having a bad time, even a very challenging time, trying to get your bills paid, with health and every other challenge happening at the moment, does not necessarily mean that you have a “mental health condition” as specified in the diagnostic manuals - which are another story too. See my book, which is on this channel, if you want to know more detail. (And NO, I’m not giving advice, but you might look at the linked page above to listen to a few experts in the field.)
(Any my conspiracy theorist brain mused for 2 minutes on the thought that someone wearing one of these barcoded shirts might be “acting out of character” or “acting weirdly” one day, according to whoever, and be a suspect for having a mental health condition because they are wearing the shirt. Just the thoughts of a conspiracy theorist. But sure as hell I ain’t getting one.)
I Don’t Mean to Scare the Hell Out of People
However, the number of people who are PAYING ATTENTION is like zero!
Many “awake” people are actually “not awake” - they just think they are.
Or they are awake in one area of about 15… so many warts on this frog!
It is challenging to keep up - that’s why I bother to try to make it simple, and continue with this publication.
“Head in the sand” has suited THEIR agenda for decades now, it’s time to push back wherever we can.
And certainly to be informed, about the 15 areas of interest, not just one or two.
Fancy a 2FA with Muck Zuckerberg? Apparently yes. Even for the “awake”!
Mudgee Library News: The book “Facing the Beast” by Naomi Wolf has now arrived.
It is an excellent read, intriguing and important.
Wolf, a Rhodes Scholar, author of a number of books, previous advisor to Bill Clinton and Al Gore, and writer for The Huffington Post and The Guardian (to name a few), had her Twitter account suspended in June 2021 for posting anti-vaccine information.
With a background in women’s rights and feminism, she started to document the significant issues being reported by women in relation to their menstrual cycles, birth damages, fertility rates and many other issues, after reviewing, with many many others, the results of thousands of pages of research.
Thank you
Thank you to everyone who reads the Mudgee Eye.
Thank you also for sharing it, commenting, subscribing and offering payment for your subscription.
The matters I talk about are very important.
We are building a new world, and for that task we need to know exactly what is breaking. There is a LOT!
Love to you. Hang in there.
I was sharing with my Canadian friends last night about the blue tsunami meeting points in the suburb of Venice Beach, California. I asked my friend who was with me that day, 'Why the tsunami signs? Has there ever been a tsunami here before?' No, was her answer. So, why warn people and have specific meeting points, that may or may not be safe, when its not a known tsunami-known area? Very curious! Thanks for your informative share, Elizabeth. 🤔
