Public Forum, Mid-Western Regional Council, Wednesday March 20, 2024.

Recently I spoke for less than 5 minutes at the Public Forum, Mid-Western Regional Council, Mudgee.

The verbal presentation was not recorded by Mid-Western Regional Council, (to my knowledge) although I note that other councils, such as Melbourne include the Public Forum in the records of the council, for public viewing. There is a sign in the council chambers indicating that recordings of the meetings are prohibited.

Here is what I said, approximately - not exactly word for word, I was reading my presentation:

March 20, 2024.

Mr. Mayor and Councillors,

Over the last few years my residential house in Mudgee was newly classified as “flood affected” in the Mudgee Flood Study, 2021.

Around the same time the rateable value on the property, as decided by the NSW Valuer General, increased 256 percent in three years.

I wondered about that for quite some time, because it did not make sense.

However, recently the dots are joining, with the helpful work of Kate Mason on Substack, who I thank and recognize here.

The NSW Government set up the 2022 NSW Independent Flood Inquiry because the situation was apparently so “catastrophic”, and following that, The NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) was established in December 2022.

The study reassures us that “The RA will be there for communities long before a disaster and will work with them on recovery and reconstruction long after the disaster has passed”.

It all seems to revolve around the dreaded Climate Change Agenda – the NSW Government will be releasing that document in 2024: not available yet.

It appears that the less than 0.5 of a percent of the world’s atmosphere consisting of carbon, is now fully accepted as an international emergency.

Dominic Perrottet declared the first 6 SMART cities for NSW in his press conference September 8, 2022, which opened the way for the NSW Government to pursue this globalist agenda.

I am also presenting a body of research, on a number of EXPOSURES, which can affect us locally.

I have concerns over exposures relating to health and safety, mandates, water quality, air quality, 5G and other radiation, ICNIRP safety studies, COVID-19 regulation compliance, SMART meters, SMART meter surveillance, other surveillance, new lights all around town that are SMART-ready (what does that actually mean?), SMART water, etc. etc. *

For example, my recent amateur study of radiation output levels on a number of sites around Mudgee – show radiation levels in some places up to 20 times the recommended level.

It is well known now that about 17 million people died internationally, from the so-called “vaccinations”, which are actually called “countermeasures” in the contracts between Pfizer and the US Department of Defense.

Included in the envelope is research from world experts including Dr Mike Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, Katherine Watt, Children’s Health Defense, Barry Young and Ed Dowd: clearly showing the extent of the fraud that was “COVID-19”.

If you hold any leadership role in 2024, you need to know what is happening globally.

And BTW, do not threaten me. If I am threatened in any way, this situation will be escalated.

Actually: it is not people like me in the community you should be worried about. The “conspiracy-theorists” have expressed ourselves vocally, by signing petitions, writing letters, through peaceful, ethical protest – for 4 years now.

However, when the “other 50 percent to 90 percent” figure out what has been happening without their knowledge, things may get lumpy.

We expect public disclosure and discussion of the actions that you have taken already, or will take towards addressing the important issues outlined in this extensive document.

It is each councillor’s responsibility to get a full copy of this document, because we are serious about you addressing the exposures that this community is subject to.

… lack of easements around overhead power lines, the globalist companies associated with the SMART agenda, the effect on our drinking water and air quality from obvious geoengineering/chemtrail activity, the possible vaccination of animals with mRNA in the event of an animal biosecurity event like FMD, our policy on the disposal of old solar panels and wind turbines, hyped up emergency situations, local government policy on future “vaccination” mandates of staff, future lockdown/lockout policy on key council buildings, affordability, flood plans, toxicity studies of rain running off solar farms, food security, preparation for the rollout of the WHO/IHR rulings in May 2024, CBDC/Central Bank Digital Currency, the human rights of dissenting members of the public, the potential abolition of cash, loss of agricultural land to energy companies, the deterioration of tourist-acclaimed Mudgee, etc.

However that omission was not totally omitted, as I have included in my envelope of information to council, the original copy of what I intended to say at the meeting, in case there was an error/interjection that resulted in me not covering all aspects of what I would say that night.

Questions were not called for following the presentation.

Over the last couple of years, particularly since early 2020, it has become very obvious that our freedoms, health, identity, movements, agricultural frameworks, financial autonomy, online activities, relationships, even recreational activities are under threat by the “globalist agenda” who have pushed through Digital ID, censorship, harmful health directives, and much more.

There is more to come, we need to act positively, locally to secure our future and our freedoms.

We are at a pivotal point in history.

Head in the sand, division, and name calling of conspiracy theorists is exactly what the globalists want.

We are the 99 percent. We can do this.

By the way, if anyone else in another NSW council area is considering doing something like this and requires help, tell me. I might establish more information behind a paywall here, to give you some pointers.

I specify NSW only because some of this information is particularly relevant to NSW. We look like a “test state” in my opinion. 6 SMART Cities, NSW Reconstruction Authority, Climate Change report due in NSW 2024, etc.
